Stakex Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Stakex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Stakex Services

Stakex may provide digital asset wallets, deposits, withdrawals, crypto exchange, staking plans, P2P advertisements and orders, notifications, and support tools. Feature availability may vary by asset, account status, or location.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and complete required verification
• Protect your password, security codes, wallet credentials, and devices
• Review account activity and report unauthorized access promptly
• Use only payment accounts and funds you are authorized to use

4. Digital Asset Risks

Digital asset prices and network conditions can change rapidly. Exchange estimates may change before confirmation, staking returns depend on plan terms, and blockchain transfers may be irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing asset, network, address, amount, rates, fees, and terms.

5. Exchange and Fees

Exchange calculations use available reference rates and configured fees. The dashboard displays the estimated result before submission. A completed exchange updates the relevant Stakex wallet balances.

6. Staking

Each staking plan defines its currency, limits, profit terms, period, and principal-return behavior. By confirming a stake, you accept those displayed terms and any applicable restrictions on early cancellation.

7. P2P Trading

P2P users must follow advertisement and order terms, keep communication within the order room, make payment through the selected method, and provide truthful status updates. Sellers must verify full payment before releasing assets. Fraud, chargebacks, impersonation, and off-platform manipulation are prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Stakex for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, malware, abusive conduct, or interference with platform operation.

9. Availability and Suspension

Services may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, blockchain networks, third-party providers, security reviews, or events outside our control. Stakex may limit or suspend accounts to protect users, investigate activity, or comply with legal requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stakex is not liable for market losses, user error, incorrect addresses or networks, third-party payment disputes, network delays, or indirect damages.

11. Changes and Contact
